STEP 1 - SAMPLES
We always recommend that you purchase a sample of the Product you are interested in before purchasing a larger quantity. All of our Samples will be sent unbranded (without a label) within 1 business day of you placing the sample order.
STEP 2 - PURCHASE
Once you are happy with the Samples and you wish to purchase the Product with your own label please purchase through our Shop Section - Click Here.
Once you have purchased please email us at [email protected] and send us a copy of your logo. Please also provide us with any other information you would like shown on the label (some customers like to show their website address, facebook or instagram links etc) and what you would like the Product to be called.
Within a few days we will send you a draft image of your label by email. You can make as many changes as you like until you are 100% happy with the label.
Depending on the Product chosen you may also have the option of different bottles (i.e for Adhesive we have different bottle options and for Lash Shampoos / Serums we have different colours available for the bottle tops).
STEP 3 - PRODUCTION
Once you are happy with the Label Design we will arrange the manufacture of your products.
Manufacturing time can differ product to product. All of our Products will be manufactured to order (and not 'off the shelf') so you can be assured you will receive a fresh batch of products for each order.
Manufacturing times can differ product to product. As a general example please expect the following manufacturing times for these Products:-
Usually within 1-3 Days - All Products except Eyelash Extension Adhesives
Usually within 2-3 Weeks - Eyelash Extension Adhesives
STEP 4 - DISPATCH
As soon as we receive the Products from our factory they will be dispatched to you by Next Business Day Delivery (usually DPD). The Products will be sent fully labelled.
MSDS (Safety Data Sheets) can be provided upon request for each product. We can provide you with your own MSDS (showing you as the supplier etc) if required and these can be sent via email or with your products.
